Britt, Remains of the Day, joins us from her Instagram account in Norway with a recipe for a childhood favorite from her mother, Oatmeal Cookies.
Britt has a little welcome for you:
75 grams of butter
100 grams of oatmeal
125 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Measure 75 grams of butter, melt it and pour over 100 grams of oatmeal. Let it soak while you whipp together 125 grams of sugar with 1 egg. Add 1 teaspoon of bakingsoda and blend in the butter and oatmeal. The oven need to be 200 degrees, simply use a spoon and no more than 9 cookies on each tray
