HEART-SHAPED, STRAW TOPPERS

STRAW TOPPERS
I am so excited to introduce one of my recent favorite party decoration tricks: straw toppers! These simple toppers add the perfect finishing touch to foster festivity at a party.

These straw toppers are easy enough to make for a group or to whip up, at the last minute,  for an out-of-the-blue surprise for your nearest and dearest. In the coming months, I’ll be sharing other straw topper ideas with you that I’ve created for our children’s birthday parties. I imagined these, as I was dreaming up decor, for one of our children’s parties. I highly encourage the kids to come up with original birthday themes that are meaningful to them personally, and I love the challenge of creating original party wares and decorations; including the kids in party preparations, whenever possible. A good party should have some element of magic and also be an experience. I look for pain free ways to step up the ambiance, while maintaining the fun. These are my current favorites, in my bag of party tricks: add a drink, add a treat and you are party ready.
